Kotak Mahindra Bank - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulation

We wish to inform you that the Bank has received a letter dated April 17, 2025 enclosing an order dated April 11, 2025 passed by the Adjudication Committee of Executive Directors of the RBI, imposing a monetary penalty of Rs. 61.40 lacs on the Bank.
