The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, on the recommendationof the Human Resources, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered andappointed Shri Anant M. Ambani (DIN: 07945702), a Non-Executive Director of theCompany, as Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company, fora period of 5 (five) years with effect from May 1, 2025, subject to the approval of themembers of the Company.
