Adani Power Q4 net profit up 28.80% at Rs 2358.65 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2,358.65 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1831.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.32 per cent at Rs 12,201.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10,140.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.05 per cent to Rs 7,867.84 crore from Rs 6,959.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.29 per cent at Rs 388.83 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 591.76 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.25 per cent to Rs 4,333.18 crore as against Rs 3,180.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.23 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 19.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 682.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.78 per cent at Rs 723.08 crore (Mar'24 Rs 579.48 crore).
